These terms apply to your use of Firmwell’s website and purchases from Firmwell Shop LLC. Read them together with our Shipping, Returns & order issues, and Privacy policies.

Your seller

Firmwell Shop LLC operates this store. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform, and Supliful is our third-party supplier and fulfillment partner. Your purchase is from Firmwell, not from Shopify. Contact Firmwell for product or order support.

Orders, prices, and payment

Review the product, quantity, shipping address, price, taxes, shipping charges, and total shown at checkout before paying. Prices and availability can change before an order is placed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; a shipping confirmation is sent separately. If we identify an error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you about the available correction, cancellation, or refund rather than substitute a different item without your agreement.

Delivery and order changes

Shipping: 3–5 business days. Our Shipping policy explains destinations, tracking, and delivery issues. Contact us immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. Requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Returns and problems with an order

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Our Returns & order issues policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items and how we review remedies. This restriction does not exclude rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

Product information and responsible use

Read the product’s current label, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Website information and customer support are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on a supplement to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease. We do not promise a particular personal result. Product-specific restrictions and warnings still apply.
